국문 암환자의 식욕부진에 대한 육군자탕의 유효성 및 안전성 평가를 통해, 암환자 식욕부진에 대한 한약투여의 일차적 치료 방법을 모색하고자 하며, 경제성 평가를 함께 수행하여 암 관련 증상완화에 대한 한의표준임상진료지침 개발의 근거자료로 삼고자 한다. |

영문 We will provide the fist-line therapy of herb medicine on cancer-related anorexia to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yukgunja-tang for anorexia in cancer patients. Also, we conduct the cost-effectiveness analysis alongside RCT to use it as source data for developing the Korean Medicine standard clinical practice guideline for cancer-related symptoms |

국문 1) 식욕부진을 호소하는 암환자
2) 20세 이상 80세 이하 남녀로 글을 쓰고 이해할 수 있는 자
3) 식욕부진의 정도를 Visual analog scale(VAS)로 측정 시 40점 이상인 자 (단위: mm)
4) 혈액, 심장, 신장, 간 기능이 다음 기준에 적합한 환자
(1) 호중구 1,500/㎕, 혈소판 100,000/㎕ 이상
(2) Total bilirubin 정상 상한치(1.2 ㎎/㎗) 이하
(3) AST(SGOT) and/or ALT(SGPT) 정상 상한치(35/45U/ℓ)
2배 이하
(4) Creatinine 정상 상한치(1.09 ㎎/㎗) 1.5배 이하
5) 본 임상시험에 자의로 참여를 결정하고 동의서에 서명한 자

영문 1) patients who have a histologically or cytologically confirmed solid tumour; individuals who are suffering from anorexia 2) men and women aged 20-80 years who can write and understand 3) Visual analog scale(VAS) for anorexia ≥ 40/100 mm 5) neutrophils ≥1500/μL, platelets ≥100,000/μL 6) total bilirubin of the maximum normal level or less (1.2 mg/dL) 7) alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) lower than 2-fold the upper limit of normal (35/45U/ℓ) 8) creatinine lower than 1.5 fold the upper limit of normal (1.09 mg/dL) 9) written informed consent for participation in the trial |

국문 1) 구강섭취가 불가능한 자 2) 항암치료 중이거나 항암치료 완료 후 1개월 이내인 자 3) 암 진단 후 추가 암 진단이 발견되지 아니하고 5년 이상 경과한 자 4) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)가 3 이상인 자 5) 치매, 섬망, 우울증 등 정신질환을 진단받고 치료중인 자 6) 임상시험 스크리닝 약 2주 이내 식욕 또는 칼로리 섭취에 영향을 줄 수 있는 암성 통증을 숫자통증등급 7 이상 호소하는 자 7) 저아드레날린혈증 등 식욕에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 질환을 가진 자 8) megestrol acetate, corticosteroids, thalidomide 등 식욕촉진을 위한 약물을 복용중인 자 9) 여자인 경우 임신 가능성이 있는 자 10) 기타 임상시험을 수행하기 어렵다고 판단되는 자 |
