| 연구요약 |
국문 추나요법은 한국에서 한의사가 시행하고 있는 수기요법의 한 종류이다. 추나요법에서의 척추진단은 촉진 및 X-ray 영상을 활용하여 vertebral body간 상대적인 배열을 기준으로 특정 추체의 위치 이상 유무를 파악하는 진단 체계를 방법을 활용하고 있다, 또한 최근에는 또한 최근에는 추나의학의 영상의학적 진단을 보조하기 위한 X-ray 영상자료를 기반으로 하는 AI 프로그램이 개발되고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 이러한 추나의학적 진단 방법들에 대한 진단자간/진단방법별 일치도 평가 및 인공지능 프로그램 활용에 대한 임상연구는 부족한 상황으로 추나의학적 진단과 관련한 충분한 근거는 확립되지 않은 상황이다. 우리는 본 연구를 통해 이러한 한계를 극복하고자 추나의학 전문가 집단의 수기진단, 영상진단, 그리고 추나의학 비전문가 집단의 영상진단, 및 AI 프로그램을 활용한 영상진단 결과를 수집 비교하여 보다 합리적이고 일치도가 높은 추나의학적 진단방법을 모색하고, 인공지능 추나진단 프로그램 적용의 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다. |

영문 Chuna manual therapy (CMT) is a type of manual medicine practiced by Korean medical doctors (KMDs) in South Korea. Spinal diagnosis in CMT uses a system that applies manual diagnostic and X-ray tests to detect specific vertebral malpositions, based on the relative alignment across vertebral bodies. Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) programs have been developed to assist in the radiological diagnosis of CMT using X-ray images. Nevertheless, a few clinical studies have reported on the concordance between diagnosticians, diagnostics methodologies, and the use of AI programs for diagnosing CMT. At present, the evidence to support CMT diagnosis is insufficient. This study thus aims to overcome such limitations by collecting and comparing CMT diagnostic data from experts and non-experts through manual diagnosis, X-ray test, and images obtained using an AI program. The study aims to search for CMT diagnosis methods with more outstanding rationality and consistency and to explore the potential use of AI-based CMT diagnosis programs. |

국문 1. 요추의 구조적 문제가 유발 될 만한 외상, 수술 경력이 있는 자. 예) 골절 및 골다공증 경력, 요추 수술 경력 2. 요추의 구조에 변형이 유발되는 질환의 경력이 있는 자 예) 요추의 선천성 기형, 강직성 척추염, 특발성 측만증, 종양 등 3. 척추의 촉진이 어려운 BMI 상 중등도 이상의 비만인자 (>30 kg/m2) 4. 정신 병력(psychotic disorder)이 있는 환자, 알코올 중독자, 약물 중독자 5. 여성 환자의 경우 임신을 하였거나, 임신 가능성이 있는 환자. 6. 기타 본 연구책임자가 판단하기에 본 연구에 참여가 적절하지 않다고 생각되는 자. |

영문 1. Past trauma or surgery that may induce a structural problem in the lumbar spine (e.g., osteoporosis, fracture, and lumbar spine surgery) 2. A history of disease that may induce a structural change in the lumbar spine (e.g., congenital spinal deformity, ankylosing spondylitis, idiopathic scoliosis, and tumor) 3. An obesity factor of mid to high severity based on BMI (>30 kg/m2) that prevents manual spinal diagnosis 4. A history of psychotic disorder, alcohol addiction, or drug addiction 5.
