본 연구는 암환자들이 수술을 받을 때 노출될 수밖에 없는 마취약제들이 환자의 상태에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 함. 암의 예후를 예측할 수 있는 Ref-1 과 HIF-1 이 수술도중과 수술종료직후에 어떻게 달라지는지를 마취약제를 달리하여 비교하고자 함.
 암에 대한 마취약제의 영향은 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며 HIF-1 등에 작용하여 악영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있음. 최근 전정맥마취를 하는 것이 흡입마취제를 사용하는 것보다 3년 예후가 우수하다는 대규모 후향적 연구가 있어 이를 임상에 적용하여 계획된 연구를 진행하고자 함. 이는 수많은 암환자를 마취하는데 있어 마취약제와 방법을 선택하는데 큰 도움이 될 것임. 
1. 혈액샘플은 수술 시작 전 1회, 병변이 나간 후 1회, 수술 종료 후 1회 총 3회 채취함. 2cc씩 3회 검사로 총 6cc 채혈한다. – 지속적인 혈압 감시와 동맥혈 가스분석을 위해 radial artery catheter를 거치한 환자의 경우 catheter를 통하여 혈액 검사함. 
2. Ref-1 검사는 생리학교실에 의뢰하여 검사함.
3. HIF-1 검사는 hunan  HIF-1A Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit를 사용함.
4. 각 샘플을 3회씩 검사하여 검사오류를 최소화 함.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of anesthetic agents on patients' status. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of Ref-1 and HIF-1 in predicting the prognosis of cancer.
The effects of anesthetic agents on cancer are undergoing much research and are known to have an adverse effect on HIF-1. 
Recently, there has been a large-scale retrospective study showing that total intravenous anesthesia is better than 3-year prognosis than inhalation anesthesia, so we plan to apply this to clinical studies. This will be of great help in choosing anesthetic agents and methods for anesthetizing many cancer patients.
1. Blood samples are collected three times before surgery, once after lesion is out, and once after surgery. A total of 6 cc is collected by 3 cc 2 cc tests.
2. The Ref-1 test is commissioned to the physiology classroom.
3. HIF-1 test using hunan HIF-1A ELISA (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit.
4. Inspect each sample three times to minimize inspection errors.

수술 내내 지속투여하는 마취제는 sevoflurane, propofol, midazolam 중 하나를 무작위로 배정한다. 혈액 샘플의 라벨을 암호화하여 Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) 검사를 시행하는 연구원은 어떤 환자의 언제 샘플인지 알 수 없게 하여 맹검법을 적용한다. 모든 유지 마취제는 현재 사용하는 용량을 그대로 유지하되, 마취 중 환자의 Mean arterial pressure 가 60 -120mmHg를 유지하고 , BIS(Bispectral index) 가 40-60 을 유지할 수 있도 록 조절한다. 
연구방법은 1. 혈액샘플은 수술 시작 전 1회, 병변이 나간 후 1회, 수술 종료 후 1회 총 3회를 채취한다. 2cc씩 3회 검사로 총 6cc  채혈한다- 지속적인 혈압 감시와 동맥혈 가스분석을 위해 radial artery catheter를 거치한 환자의 경우 catheter를 통하여 혈액 검사한다.

Anesthetics that are continuously administered throughout the operation are randomly assigned to either sevoflurane, propofol, or midazolam. A researcher who encodes a blood sample and conducts an Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test applies a blinded method, making it unaware of which sample the patient is at any time. 
All maintenance anesthetics should be maintained to maintain the current dose but maintain the mean arterial pressure of the patient during anesthesia to 60-120 mm Hg and maintain a BIS (Bispectral index) of 40-60.
The study method is as follows:
