Downloading data from the CRIS database
The following terms and conditions apply for use of the CRIS data. Downloading the CRIS data indicates your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. CRIS is an online registration system for clinical researches to be conducted in Korea aiming to ensure the ethicality and transparency of those researches. The CRIS data are publicly availabe at no charge. Terms and Conditions - Neither the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea, Korea National Institute of Health, nor any relevant entities make any warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to data contained in the database, and, furthermore, assume no liability for any party's use, or the results of such use,of any part of the database. - You shall not use any data extracted from the CRIS database for marketing, promotional or commercial purposes. - In any publication or distribution of the CRIS data, you should. (1)Attribute the source of the data as the CRIS, Korea National Institute of Health. (2)Update the data such that they are current at all times. (3)Clearly display the date the data was processed by the CRIS. (4)State any modifications made to the content of the data, along with a complete description of the modifications. (5)Submit the published article to the Korea National Institute of Korea in order to avoid duplicate research. - You shall not assert any proprietary rights to any portion of the CRIS database. - Other matters not specified above shall be subject to the relevant laws and regulations of Korea.
