| 국문 | 19세부터 89세 까지의 성인 남녀 중 20개 이상의 자연 치아를 가지고 있는 자. | |||
| 영문 | Subjects between 19 and 89 years old adult male and female who has more than or equal to 20 teeth. | |||
| 대상 제외 기준 | 국문 | ① 4개월 이내 치주 질환 치료를 받은 경우.
② 3개월 이내에 항생제를 복용한 경우. ③ 3개월 이내에 면역 억제제 또는 부신피질호르몬을 사용한 경우. ④ 치아 개수가 20개 미만인 대상자. ⑤ 조절되지 않는 고혈압 또는 당뇨가 있는 대상자. ⑥ 중대한 심혈관계 질환, 호흡기계 질환, 신장 질환, 간 질환, 소화기계 질환, 혈액계 질환 및 신경•정신계 질환을 합병하고 있는 대상자. ⑦ 갑상선 기능 항진증 혹은 갑상선 기능 저하증을 갖고 있는 대상자. ⑧ 임산부. ⑨ 자가 면역 질환이 있는 대상자. ⑩ 악골 내 악성 종양의 과거력이나 현병이 있는 대상자. ⑪ 1년 내에 약물 또는 알코올 남용의 과거력이 있거나 현재 남용하고 있는 대상자. ⑫ 구내염, 구강암 등 치주 질환 외에 구강 내 다른 염증성 질환이 있는 대상자. ⑬ 기타 윤리적으로 또는 연구 결과에 영향을 줄 수 있어 참여가 부적절하다고 연구자가 판단한 경우. |

| 국문 | ① Patients who received periodontal treatment within last 4 months.
② History of antibiotic use within last 3 months. ③ History of immunosuppressant or corticosteroids within last 3 months. ④ Patients who has less than 20 teeth. ⑤ Patients with uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension. ⑥ Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, kidney disease, liver disease, GI tract disease, blood disorders or neuropsychiatric disorders. ⑦ Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. ⑧ Pregnant women. ⑨ Patients with autoimmune disease. ⑩ History or present with malignant cancer in jaw. ⑪ History or present with drug or alcohol abuse within last 1 year. ⑫ Patients with other inflammatory disease such as stomatitis, oral cancer in addition to periodontal disease. ⑬ In cases where the researcher determines that participation is inappropriate due to ethical or unwanted impact on the results. |
